When it comes to Castrol Lismore Speedway, it's regarded as the Home of Champions, and you only have to visit the venue once to understand why.
A general admission ticket allows access to grandstand seating in any of our grandstands, and on the grass hill areas. There is no reserved seating, although there is plenty of room in general admission, including several grandstands and grass hill areas to sit on. The car park caters for approximately 1,000 vehicles. General parking is free. Enter via Alexandria Parade or Dunoon Road, North Lismore.
We have two permanent food and beverage outlets located under the 'members' grandstand and the Castrol Tower. Outlets serve hot food such as chips, pies, hot dogs, hamburgers, cappuccinos and lattes, etc. Big Nays Kebabs is located near the pit entry in turn two and Flaming Turkey Pizzas are located between the Northern Star Stand and Members Grandstand. The Lismore Automobile Club operates a canteen in the pit area, serving hot food and drinks to competitors and their pit crew.
Patrons may bring homemade food items to the venue, such as baked goods, sandwiches and drinks of water, juice or cordial for personal consumption only. Products from external caterers and or suppliers are not permitted. Lismore Showground is a licensed premise and the bringing in of alcohol is prohibited. Alcohol is available for purchase. Please note NO GLASS or ALCOHOL can be brought onto premises.
There are a limited number of hard copy printed programs are for sale at our events. We offer a free online version via our website that you can download on your smart device or print out at home prior to coming. Event programs at the track are available for sale at the entry gates and merchandise shop for $5 until sold out.
Companion Cards are recognised at Lismore Speedway events. On presentation of the Companion Card when caring for a disability card holder, a free ticket will be offered to the Companion Card holder.
Our start times can change based on a variety of factors; however, Grand Parade typically begins at around 4.30pm with racing beginning at 5pm.
