Started soapbox Derby racing in 2002. Got "Rookie of the year" in The Stock, Super Stock, & Master divisions, was runner up to go to Akron,Ohio 2 years in a row. gave racing a break from 2004- 2021. Resumed racing at the local short track Indianapolis Speedrome in 2k21. Won Rookie & placed 8th outta 103 drivers. Took the year 2k22 off from racing due to a severe motorcycle accident. Won a total of 3 races after coming back from injury. Ichange my # each year to honor fallen heros & The one & only CRAZY CARL WITH THE #116 IN 2K24. (#140 SIERRA BURTON (RICHMOND OFFICER KILLED IN LINE OF DUTY), #116 CRAZY CARL, & #333 AFTER MARION COUNTY SHERIFF JOHN DURM)
My BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT WAS SHOWING MY KIDS NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS IN LIFE YOU CAN STILL KEEP GOIN IF YOU STAY FOCUSED!!!!
Career Highlights
Ive Been racing for 4 years. 2k21 Rookie of the year, 2k22 cut short due to motorcycle accident. 2k23 came back from almost losing my right leg in "22". Came in 6th in points, comeback driver of the year, 2x Ironman. 2k24 placed top 10 in points
