About Stuart
Stu Snyder has been behind the wheel of a sprint car for over 10 years and has more than 20 years of knowledge in open-wheel sprint cars, all the way from scraping mud to running a race team. He has more than 30 feature wins, 3 Rookie of the Year accomplishments, countless top-5 and top-10 finishes, and 4 season championships. In 2011, Stu drove for Eldon Rhoten where he captured the 2011 Eagle Raceway Season Championship with 5 feature wins and 15 top-5 finishes.
Snyder has drove several types of race cars throughout his racing career when not in the seat of the sprint car, including go-karts, micro sprints, midgets, and non-wing sprint cars. He has also drove in every division of sprint cars, including 305, 360, and 410-cubic inch sprint cars.
Stuart Snyder currently wheels his personally owned SLS Motorsports #23s in the 305 and 360 divisions. He completed the 2016 season 4th in the Nebraska 360 Sprint Series points chase. In 2017, Stu wishes to accumulate further feature wins, gather added championships, and come to be a top-flight team within the Midwest region. Snyder races across the Midwest region at tracks in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, South Dakota, and Missouri.
