Driver Profile

Ryan grew up in Nebraska watching dirt racing and always wanted to be out on the track. When he was younger, his family moved to Washington state, where he met his girlfriend in high school. In 2012, when she finally graduated college they moved back to Nebraska and began his racing career. He started racing at Eagle Raceway in the 2013 season in the Sport Compact Class and earned Rookie of The Year. After two years of racing Sport Compacts, earning two A Feature wins, and numerous top 5 finishes, he decided to make the fearless leap to 305 Sprint cars. His very first time in a sprint car was at the 2014 Sprint Nationals where he competed against experienced drivers from all over the country and made it pretty close to getting in the big show. He earned Rookie of the Year in 2015 in the 305 Sprint at Eagle Raceway. Last year he snagged his first A feature win the Sprint car as well as many heat race wins. We look forward to what 2018 brings.
