After a month off for the POWRi Lonestar 600's presented by K and K Earthworks. We hit the track. Hurricane Harvey railed through our state. And finally we take it down to Gator Motorplex in Willis, Texas. Love bugs everywhere. Last night the Lonestar 600's presented by K&K Earthworks took it down to Bronco Motor Speedway for night #1. Clocking in with 30 600's & 6 Restrictors on a Friday night. 600's car count making them the biggest class of night. Heat winners would be Isaiah Garcia, Luke Lucas, James McNeil, & Mike Walling. After some much needed rest. And a long Saturday night. Teams started pulling into Gulf Coast Speedway to try again for night number 2. 21 Winged 600's and 6 Restrictor's checked in for Sundays Tommy Wilson Memorial. The track gave the drivers something totally different then Saturday night. On this Sunday, they would try to tighten up cars as the track was great . But a little slick. Night one of the Tommy Wilson Memorial at Gulf Coast Speedway is now in the books. 23 WInged 600's and 7 Restrictor's checked in to compete with the Lonestar 600's presented by K&K Earthworks. Teams were challenged with trying to unhook there cars at Gulf Coast gave drivers something they haven't seen in a while. The track was challenging. April 8th, 2017 took the Lonestar 600's presented by K&K Earthworks down to the fastest little track in Texas, Gulf Coast Speedway. 29 600's & 7 Restrictors would draw in for a chance at victory lane. Saturday night the Lonestar 600's presented by K&K Earthworks pulled into Gator Motorplex to an already full pits for the Enduro that would take place after our feature races. 44 Winged 600's and 10 Restrictor's checked into the nights events.
