Logan Forler didn’t plan to race Sunday night at Huset’s, but a late decision to travel to the speed plant would result in his first win at the speedway. Forler took the initial lead with the Steve Forler Trucking #2L of the 25 lap Dollar Loan Center Outlaw Sprint feature. “All my job is to drive it to the front and that’s what I did,” said Dusty Zomer in victory lane at Huset’s Speedway. Zomer used a slide job on the second lap of the MSTS feature to grab the lead and he never looked back. Zomer set sail in the 25 lap feature that went uninterrupted. Ian Madsen came from eighth on the starting grid to get his third win of the year. Madsen thanked his crew in victory lane for what he called a great car. He also apologized to Jody Rosenboom. Dusty Ballenger grabbed the $1,000 paycheck in the Coffee Cup Fuel Stop Sprint Car feature, but it was not an easy win. Ballenger led the first seven laps before giving up the lead to Eric Lutz. Lutz led laps 8 – 10 before an incident with traffic would force the Shimdex #5 to go to the infield with damage. Craig Dollansky led the final 7 laps of Sunday’s Dollar Loan Center Outlaw Sprint Car feature to take his first win of 2014 at Huset’s Speedway. The early portion of the race belonged to the Sioux Falls Ford #13 of Mark Dobmeier, but the engine on that car erupted in flames as Dobmeier enjoyed a full straightaway lead. “I don’t think we had enough car to catch him (Dobmeier),” said Dollansky in victory lane.
