Parker Jones Still on Top in Badger and the Weekend Preview

With five of six Lyco Manufacturing feature wins, Parker Jones leads them all in the point race with the Advanced Fastening Supply Badger Midget Series. "The Blue Mounds Bullet" also has four heat wins and a Rod End Supply fast time to his credit, each of which pays points.

With a nearly 200 point lead over Derek Doerr in this early season, the rest of Badger has a lot of catching up to do. Kyle Stark, Cody Weisensel and Luke Wackerlin round out the top five. Adam Taylor has the only other feature win with Badger in 2025.

MORE KEVINS' KLASSIC NOTES

Last weekend's Kevins' Klassic saw a very hot day with a lower than normal crowd. There were still a lot of vintage Doty and Olson shirts in the stands, the namesakes of the races. Each family had some representatives in the stands including "Little Kevin" Doty.

Three contingency awards not mentioned in the race report were the Rod End Supply Hard Luck Award that went to Denny Smith and the Last Place Bonus in Loving Memory of Addison Dahlke that went to Weisensel. Gaining 11 spots, Wackerlin was the Spankins Motorsports BobTattersall Hard Charger.
