Bryce Andrews kicked off a busy Fourth of July weekend on Thursday afternoon with the Vince Osman Sprintacular at Kokomo Speedway.
With nearly 40 Non-Wing Sprint Cars in attendance, Andrews finished ninth in his heat race before wrapping up the night with a seventh-place result in one of the evening’s B-Mains.
Shifting 100 miles south for the next two nights, Andrews joined the USAC AMSOIL Sprint Car National Championship at Lincoln Park Speedway for the 11th annual Sprintacular. His effort to transfer into Friday’s A-Main came up short in a consolation race, though he did advance from the C Feature to the B Feature.
Returning Saturday, Andrews showed improvement in qualifying, gaining 14 spots from the night before with a 13.569-second lap—good enough for 27th overall. Mechanical issues forced him to retire early from his heat on lap two, and he closed the weekend with a seventh-place finish in the C Feature.
