Jesse Love IV will put the lid on the USAC Western HPD Midget Dirt driving title this Saturday when the series visits Ventura (Calif.) Raceway for the series closer. Toni Breidinger and Annie Breidinger of Hillsborough, Calif. swept the top two spots in Saturday night’s 35-lap USAC Western HPD Midget race at the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Toni passed Tommy McCarthy on lap 24 and led the final 12 laps to beat Annie, McCarthy, Jesse Love IV and Jeff Kelley.
