Levi Jones of Olney, Ill. is the early leader in the 2012 AMSOIL Indiana Sprint Week standings after a third and fifth-place finish in the two opening events. Brady will be making a change this weekend since there is not an ASCS National Series race scheduled and will be racing Non-Wing Sprints and Midgets with USAC. Brady will be in the 99 PPM Titanium Products car for the Larry Rice Classic at Bloomington Speedway on Friday, as well as Sunday at Kokomo. He will also be climbing into a Team Wilke midget for the famed Hut Hundred Saturday night at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt, In.

Bloomington, IN……..Rain halted Friday night’s “Larry Rice Classic” USAC AMSOIL National Sprint car race at the Bloomington Speedway after qualification and the first heat had been completed. Danny Holtsclaw posted the fastest qualifying time at 11.213 seconds and won the only completed heat race. The second heat race participants were on the track when the rains came.
