Wet weather strikes again. Unfortunately ground water level is still too high for us to pack the racing surface in and with the shot of rain today and more to be expected, we have no choice but to cancel this Saturday, the 28th. With any dry weather we will be able to race without issue on July 5th! We have put much time and effort to make our first event, and we are looking forward to next Saturday! Unfortunately Park Jefferson Speedway has been forced to cancel this Thursday's Late Model shootout featuring the Corn Belt Clash and the MARS Dirtcar series. The picture posted was from last Sunday. The water table continues to be too high, and even though the top of the track has begun drying, the bottom is nothing but gumbo. After working all week long on final preparations, the STM crew headed out Friday morning on the nine hour haul to Park Jefferson Speedway in Jefferson, South Dakota.
