Callaway, VA……..Chris Lamb of Colfax, N.C. won Saturday night’s 35-lap USAC Eastern HPD Midget race at Franklin County Speedway. He passed Scott Hunter on lap five and led the rest of the way to beat Hunter, Jessica Bean, Calvin Carroll and Kyle Craker. Saturday night's scheduled USAC Eastern HPD Midget race, originally scheduled at Concord, N.C., has been cancelled and moved to Franklin County Speedway in Callaway, Va. Franklin County Speedway also will welcome the Eastern HPD Midgets on June 21. Scott Hunter currently holds a two-point lead over defending series champion Chris Lamb entering tonight's (Friday) race at Ace Speedway in Altamahaw, N.C.

Callaway, VA........Franklin County Speedway and USAC have jointly announced that Saturday's May 4 Eastern Ignite Midget race has been cancelled. The Eastern Ignite series is slated to resume May 3 at Ace Speedway in Altamahaw, N.C.
