The amazingly successful 2017 season has finally came to a close. We crowned 2 champions, ate great food, had fantastic giveaways, and enjoyed everyone's company. Lonestar 600's presented by K & K Earthworks took on night #2 at Gator Motorplex. The carnage record from night #1 showed as the 600's check in with 14. And the Restrictors check in with a nice 8 cars. The 600's heat race winners would be Adam Miller and Blake Moeller. Restrictors heat winner would be Thomas Hall. A very fast paced night carried on. Trailers started to fill the pits at Gator Motorplex for the 6th Annual Nolan Wren Memorial early. With Hot Laps at 3pm most would know the pits would fill up fast with the 3 open wheel series' racing on this early day. April 8th, 2017 took the Lonestar 600's presented by K&K Earthworks down to the fastest little track in Texas, Gulf Coast Speedway. 29 600's & 7 Restrictors would draw in for a chance at victory lane. Caleb Padgett, Steven Padgett, James McNeil & Derek Begnaud would be your 4 600's heat winners. Jarret Hjorth would be your Restrictor heat winner. Saturday night the Lonestar 600's presented by K&K Earthworks pulled into Gator Motorplex to an already full pits for the Enduro that would take place after our feature races. 44 Winged 600's and 10 Restrictor's checked into the nights events. The Lonestar 600's would roll south to Gulf Coast Speedway and boy would it be a hectic night. There would be 20 Non Wing 600's, 4 Restrictor's, 2 Jr. Sprint's.
