Race of Champions management is announcing a new i-Racing, one off i-Racing event, “Presque Isle Downs & Casino Race of Champions Festival” that will begin on Thursday, May 14 and conclude Sunday, May 31l, culminating in a 250-lap Race of Champions Modified Series event, complete with tire changes.
