Motors home and in the car. Putting the radiator in now. Now if we can just find where we put those header nuts/bolts. Still haven't got the official "yes we are racing" from Ray yet. But it's looking really good for us. I will definitely keep updates here so be sure to check back.

Monday night at Medford was not our best night. The weather was so miserable, over 100 degrees. Brent drew a 27 pill. There were 28 cars signed in for the night. Brent was in the 1st heat. Friday and Saturday were the ASCS Nationals at Gray's Harbor Raceway in Elma, WA. The 1st night we didn't do so hot. There were 27 cars total. Brent was in the 4th heat and started 2nd row outside. During Hot Laps our motor died. Come to find out the power steering pump went out. The power steering pump turns the fuel pump as well. 2nd race for the weekend! 26 cars the 2nd night. 1 blew their motor the night before and did not return. Brent drew a 59 pill to start, not a good pick. Only 3 heats tonight, as the top 4 from last night are locked in the the A Main. Brent started 3rd row outside in the 3rd Heat. Made some adjustments with the shocks and during a very good hot lap session we could tell this was going to be a better night. Put on some new left rear brake pads before the heat. ...more

During the first stop of the Carpet Land Nebraska 360 Sprint's "Week of Speed", 17 winged wonders were on hand at the 4/10 mile high banked, high speed I-80 Speedway. Although the car count has slipped a bit, we were happy to have that number of cars for a weeknight race, plus attrition has hurt the car count as well.
